Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a Digital Product has been purchased or downloaded as per the "Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013". Please make sure you understand these terms before completing your purchase.

9. Discord Server Access, Conduct, and Refund Policy
Where any digital goods, services, files, community-shared content, or related materials (“Items”) are made available to the purchaser through, or in connection with, an official Discord server following purchase, access to such Items is conditional upon continued compliance with all applicable Discord server rules, guidelines, and codes of conduct.

In the event that a purchaser breaches any Discord server rules, the store reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently revoke the purchaser’s access to the Discord server. Such suspension or removal may include the loss of access to any Items obtained or distributed through the server, whether directly, indirectly, or via community sharing.

Any enforcement action taken as a result of rule violations, including but not limited to bans or removals from the Discord server, shall not constitute grounds for a refund, chargeback, or reversal of payment. All purchases shall be deemed final in such circumstances. By completing a purchase, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees that compliance with Discord server rules is a condition of continued access to Items provided through that platform, and that violations may result in loss of access without refund.
